Today on the waning moon of the month of March, Hindus all over the works are celebrating Lord Shiva’s birthday.
He is considered the oldest god of Hindu mythology. I love focusing on his statue when I’m holding tree position at my yoga studio. He keeps me strong and balanced.

In honor of Lord Shiva i brought out my baby Shiva Lingams from Narmada River, India. So cute!
SLs help boost vitality, and provide courage and strength to overcome our deepest fears.
They can also awaken the kundalini energy, so be careful, HM advices not to raise anyone’s kundalini in your sessions. 😮 🐍
I then asked our lovely Hindu crystal sister Pooja Bharucha for guidance:
